Adam Fruitbine

Adam serves as Director of Capital Markets with oversight of capital markets and the expansion of Pacific Urban Investors investment management platform. Prior to joining Pacific Urban, Adam was head of capital markets and fundraising at Waypoint Residential. Adam was also a partner at Alliance Residential Company, leading its investment platform and Northeast production. Prior to Alliance, Mr. Fruitbine was a Managing Director at The Tuckerman Group, fundraising and investing structured equity capital in the multifamily asset class. Adam received his B.B.A. from The George Washington University and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University. Adam is member of the Pension Real Estate Association’s Affinity Capital Markets Group, National Multi Housing Council and current Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Multifamily Gold Product Council.
