Ash Baraghoush

Mr. Baraghoush serves as a Managing Director at Pacific Urban Investors. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and evaluating joint venture and preferred equity opportunities for value-add and development projects. Prior to joining Pacific Urban, he served as a Vice President at Ares Management responsible for West Coast investments on behalf of public vehicles, separate accounts, and closed-end funds. Mr. Baraghoush began his career at Bank of America in its Global Corporate Investment Banking division.  Mr. Baraghoush holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with a minor in Accounting, from UCLA. He also serves as a Board Member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and is an active member of the Make-A-Wish Real Estate Chapter.
