Patrick Freydberg

Patrick serves as Director of Investments and heads the firm’s acquisitions in the NY, CT, and NJ markets. Prior to joining Pacific Urban, Patrick was SVP of Acquisitions for NYC-based Stonehenge Partners. Prior to that, Patrick was COO of Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp., the first single family rental company to go public on the NYSE. Patrick was also a founding Principal of Northbrook Partners, a NYC-based GP with BlackRock Realty and AT&T pension funds. Patrick received his BS in engineering and MBA in Finance from Cornell University. Patrick is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
