René Bilodeau

Ms. Bilodeau is a senior leader at Pacific Urban Investors with over 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She provides leadership across Operations, Design, and Marketing, with responsibility for capital improvement planning and design across the portfolio, working in close partnership with construction and asset management teams to execute firm-wide initiatives.

She oversees the Pacific Urban consumer experience, including marketing, resident engagement, and communications, while driving the development and adoption of operating and marketing systems that support institutional scale, operational consistency, and data-driven decision-making.

Before joining Pacific Urban Investors, Ms. Bilodeau served as an associate with McKinsey & Company in Palo Alto.
