For the second year in a row, Pacific Urban Investors has placed number 1 in the nation in the 2022 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmarking (GRESB) rankings, which measure performance in ESG. In addition to the overall ranking of our multi-family residential portfolio, Pacific received a 5-star ranking for the 4th straight year recognizing the firm’s commitment to ESG. As part of the effort, the firm has 11 IREM certified assets and 18 with Energy Star certifications.
