Andrea Cu

Ms. Cu is responsible for structuring real estate financing, directing the Accounting team, insurance risk management and transaction closings for Pacific Urban Investors. She joined Pacific Urban through the Ventures Group of Marcus & Millichap Companies where she was responsible for financial and strategic analysis of existing and new business ventures. Her early career experience included working in the Real Estate practice group of Arthur Andersen in San Francisco, as well as with the strategic management consulting firm of AT Kearney. She holds a BA from University of California, Berkeley, as well as an MBA from the Haas School of Business at Berkeley.
