Andrea Cu

Ms. Cu leads debt and equity financing activities and oversees insurance and risk management for Pacific Urban Investors. She joined Pacific Urban through the Ventures Group of The Marcus & Millichap Company where she was responsible for financial and strategic analysis of existing and new business ventures. Her earlier experience includes working in the real estate practice group of Arthur Andersen in San Francisco, as well as with management consulting firm AT Kearney. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
