Arthur Cole

Mr. Cole is Chief Accounting Officer and a member of the Investment Committee of Pacific Urban Investors. Prior to joining Pacific Urban, Mr. Cole was a senior executive with the A.G. Spanos Companies, a national multifamily developer, where he oversaw the origination, operation and ultimate disposition of a portfolio of over 11,000 apartment units. Mr. Cole is a graduate of Golden Gate University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He began his career with the accounting firm of Grant Thornton in San Francisco. Since joining Pacific in 2000, Mr. Cole has structured debt and equity financing for over $4.0 billion in multifamily acquisitions including over $2 billion of equity with institutional joint venture partners.  Mr. Cole has been a member and Director of the National Multifamily Housing Council since the mid 1990’s.
