Bruce Greenwood

Mr. Greenwood is responsible for the portfolio management of the PMI Business Unit. Since joining Pacific in 2013, Mr. Greenwood has also held the positions of Business Unit Manager of Pacific Urban’s Small Property Investment Program and Vice President responsible for investment efforts in southern California. Prior to joining Pacific Urban, Mr. Greenwood managed acquisition and disposition efforts across product types and across the US for BH Properties. He began his career at Union Bank where he held several roles including leading the valuation, management and disposition of a $3 billion portfolio of Real Estate Owned and Non-Performing Notes. He is a graduate of UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management and studied Economics and City and Regional Planning at UC Berkeley. He is a member of NMHC and Urban Land Institute.
