Marci Byrne

Ms. Byrne joined Pacific Urban Investors in 2009 and possesses over 20 years of multifamily and real estate asset management experience. She is responsible for the oversight of a $1.0 Billion portfolio, totaling ~3,000 units located in the Pacific Northwest, East Coast, Northern and Southern California, and for in-process capital projects totaling $50 million across 15 communities. Prior to joining Pacific Urban, Ms. Byrne was a portfolio manager for AIG Investments. While at AIG, Ms. Byrne oversaw the acquisitions/ dispositions, asset valuations, rehab/capital budgets, due diligence, underwriting, refinancing and contract negotiations of a multi‐state loan and real estate portfolio. She began her career as a management consultant at E & Y Kenneth Leventhal, where she also obtained a CPA. Ms. Byrne has an MBA from UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley.
