René Bilodeau

Ms. Bilodeau is a senior leader at Pacific Urban Investors with over 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry. As Head of Innovation & Technology, she leads the firm’s strategy for technology and innovation, with a focus on building scalable capabilities that improve operating performance and support the continued growth of the platform.

She works across the organization to identify opportunities to modernize how Pacific Urban operates, leading the evaluation, development, and adoption of technology solutions that streamline business processes, improve decision-making, and create greater consistency and efficiency across the portfolio. Her role combines a deep understanding of multifamily operations with a focus on emerging technologies, systems integration, automation, and organizational change.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Bilodeau led Pacific Urban’s consumer experience and provided leadership across Operations, Design, and Marketing, including portfolio-wide capital improvement planning, resident experience, and the development of operating and marketing systems.
