Rory Gardner

Mr. Gardner is responsible for all of Pacific’s day-to-day activities, acquisition and disposition activity as well as the strategic direction of the firm. He is also a member of the Investment Committee. He holds a BS from Babson College and an MBA from the University of Miami. Since joining Pacific in 1999, Mr. Gardner has also held the positions of Acquisition Director, Acquisition Manager, and Acquisitions / Due Diligence Analyst. During his career, Mr. Gardner has been responsible for the acquisition and disposition of over $6 billion of multifamily properties. Prior to joining Pacific, Mr. Gardner conducted financial and strategic analysis of new business ventures as a Corporate Finance Associate with Marcus and Millichap Company and held a position with the investment banking firm Morgan Stanley.
